Born and bred in the Sutherland Shire, Scott has spent his life in the local community and brings 15 years of hands-on carpentry and building experience to every inspection. He completed his carpentry apprenticeship alongside his dad, building the practical knowledge and attention to detail that now guide his work as a Building and Pest Inspector.

Scott understands that a property decision deserves clear, useful information. He approaches each inspection carefully and methodically, helping buyers, sellers and homeowners understand the visible condition of a property and the issues that may need attention.
